1. Appointments & Consultations
Consultations: We offer free consultations, either in-person or via video call. These are required before certain treatments to ensure suitability and safety.

Bookings: A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total treatment cost.

Arrival: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

No-shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

3. Treatments
Suitability: Not all treatments are suitable for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate.

Medical Disclosures: You are required to disclose any relevant medical history, allergies, or conditions during your consultation.

Results: While we strive to achieve the best results, outcomes may vary between individuals. No guarantee can be made regarding treatment effectiveness.

4. Aftercare
You will be provided with aftercare instructions tailored to your treatment. Following these is essential for safety and optimal results.

If complications or concerns arise post-treatment, please contact us immediately.

5. Pricing & Payment
Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The current price will be confirmed during your consultation.

Payment: The balance is payable at your appointment. We accept card and other digital payment methods. Full payment may be required for certain treatments in advance.

6. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Expiry dates and terms will be stated at the time of purchase.

Only one promotional offer can be used per booking unless stated otherwise.

7. Liability
K-clinic is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by failure to follow pre-treatment or aftercare instructions.

Clients must be over 18 years old to receive treatment. Proof of age may be required.

8. Website Use
All content on our website and social media is owned by or licensed to K-clinic. You may not reuse or reproduce it without written permission.
