At Kaesthetics Clinic, we strive to provide excellent service and accommodate your schedule. To ensure fairness and the best experience for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Deposit Requirement
– A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your service.
– The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments without a deposit may not be confirmed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-Hour Notice: You must provide at least 24 hour’s notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your £20 deposit.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in the loss of your deposit, and future appointments may require full payment upfront.
Late Arrivals
– If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full service, and the deposit will be forfeited. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit will be required.
Refunds
– The £20 deposit is non-refundable except in cases where the salon needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
– If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment date, whichever you prefer.
This policy helps ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients while respecting the time and effort of our staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
